About the Role
We are looking for a motivated student to join Gradient Technologies as a paid intern. This is a hybrid role combining business development and engineering support — you will work directly alongside our team from day one, gaining real exposure to both our go-to-market efforts and our AI-powered product.
What You Will Do
Business Development
- Support outreach to potential investors and institutional clients
- Help build partnerships with financial institutions, family offices, and asset managers
- Assist with market research on industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Help prepare investor presentations and pitch materials
- Represent Gradient Technologies at industry events (where possible)
Engineering Support
- Assist with testing and improving parts of our AI inference pipelines
- Help process and structure financial data for analysis
- Support the team with product features and tooling
- Analyze results, document findings, and help identify improvements
What We Are Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme (Business, Finance, Computer Science, or similar)
- Basic familiarity with Python or an eagerness to pick it up
- Curiosity about machine learning, AI, and financial data
- Genuine interest in financial markets and the investment industry
- Self-starter attitude — you get things done without being hand-held
- Strong communication skills in English and German
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Interest in financial markets or quantitative methods
- Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows
